Real estate is not one-size-fits-all and I offer three tiers of service, depending on the level of service you desire.
The standard commission to sell a home in Colorado is 6% (3.2% to the listing agent and 2.8% to the buyer's agent). We offer the following flat fee and variable rate commission plus value-added services to help you maximize your profit with ease.
$500 MLS Listing AND Sell by Owner
This option is for those who are seasoned in real estate sales and can negotiate and complete contracts on their own. Increased exposure on the MLS drives buyer competition and offers higher.

This option is for those who are comfortable negotiation on their own behalf and want assistance marketing their property, scheduling showings, writing the contract and managing the transaction through closing.
My commission: 1% (3.2% standard)
Total commission if buyer doesn't have an agent and I assist both parties with the transaction: 3% (6% standard)
Total commission if buyer has an agent: 3.8% (6% standard)
